Navigation Menu I cant Select the 1st item in the menu

Currently I have added the few collection in my navigation menu. So we have disposables vapes and Flavour beast in menu.  But the issue is when i select the disposables vapes it should  go to the disposables vapes collection( https://puffvapesonline.com/collections/disposable-vapes). but it dosent go there. If I remove the flavour beast collection in drop down. the disposable vapes works.

I wanted all the links in navigation menu should be clickable and lead to respective pages.

To confirm I'm fully understanding, are you still experiencing this issue? It seems I wasn't able to replicate, as the Disposable Vapes menu brings me to that collection.
