Navigation menu keep loading with no items

Hi, I linked my navigation menu to shopify theme header, but when I checked live website, the drop down menu just keep loading and never display menu item. It will work after I refresh the website, but this trick not always working, like one of three. I didn't change code for header but I used some app to replace shopify default header and switched back to default header widget. I also noticed there are some arnings in my dev tool console, but I don't think these are reason for this long-time loading issue.
