Navigation - Menu up to 4 level structure

I created a mega menu style where it would display up to the 4th level, for example:

Level 1 Menu
    -> Level 2 Menu
           -> Level 3 Menu
                    -> Level 4 Menu

But when I try to add the menu data and links under the Shopify Navigation panel to display in my Mega Menu design, I can't add the 4th level data, I try to drag it under the 3rd level but didn't work.

Is it possible to have the 4th level of the dropdown menu?

The standard Shopify navigation does not provide 4 levels of nesting in the menu. For such purposes, try to better use the Mega Menu apps. In these apps, you can most likely create nesting endlessly.
