Need a developer to Intergrate a Check out Payment Using MTN and ORANGE Mobile Money MoMo API

I am sorry, I do not have any coding background, but I will try to explain to the best of my ability.

My store has been in existence for about 6 months and I want to target a different audience in Africa. 

But, I am having a problem coding the payment processor API on Shopify.  

Most of the countries use a Mobile Money wallet payment method from MTN and ORANGE

Yes I do need it installed in Shopify, 

- and I also got a VISA account giving me the opportunity to setup a visa checkout.  

I need them both setup in my Shopify account, and namecheap cpanel domain settings then I will apply them to my websites from there. I have the API-KEYS for the Visa check out...

They tell me its easy but having limited experience to complete the task I could use some assistance to set them up in payments... See the attachment  the MNT MOMO Zip file is not supported for upload here but I will give you the code for the VISA check out I need in the Shopify payment , please follow up on how to proceed, try not to charge me too much I am in a forigh country and my Canadian banks have frozen my account for being outside the country for 2-years... maybe we could do a contract to have you assist me, here is the Visa check out ---- >
