Need advice on redeveloping my store: Liquid or headless?

You can do that by duplicating your current theme or download ad new theme then develop it before publishing.

I mean do these topics still require front-end coding development to complete? I think it can all be done using the visualization provided by Shopify.

If I want to do secondary development, should I use the template Liquid or the Hydrogen framework?  I think Liquid can do very little, just modify the CSS style after downloading it.
