Need assistance with "icons with text" on Dawn theme

Hi, I added icons with text to my shopify site but I wanted to add extra detail to the line items that would change for each product. The shipping and wash recommendation would stay the same for each product but the material would need to be updated. Can someone please guide me to add the drop down section with extra text? 

The image on the left is how my website looks now. The image on the right is a different website that I'm trying to mirror.
