NEED HELP: Added custom fonts in order confirmation email. It's not showing to users.

Hello, I need help. I have added custom fonts in my order confirmation email. In preview it's looking perfect. But in test email, it's showing different fonts. I checked and found that it's something related to fallback font. I don't know what it is. Please help me here. 🙏
