Need Help Adding Product ID Microdata to Product Page

Where and HOW do we add the product ID microdata to our shopify site so that it adds for all products in our current catalog and also auto-updates for any new products? This is the last thing holding us back from moving forward with our instagram shop. Pixel is not ready - says we need microdata formatted correctly - ran de-bug and all ok except product ID needs to be added.
