Somehow after clearing the cache I still have my old favicon appearing. On another device, they also see another old logo. How can I fix it, please help

Thanks for providing those screenshots. In those screenshots, it appears that Google Search is being used. When you update your store's favicon, it make take some time for that change to be reflected on platforms such as Google and their search engines and platforms. This could explain why you're seeing your favicon appropriately in your first screenshot, as that's a tab specific presentation of the favicon. In this specific case, as the older favicon/no favicon are appearing in Google Search Results, you will need to allow some time to pass before it's updated appropriately for their services.
For what it's worth, when I look up 'Simax Sports' from my device on Google, I do see the favicon in your initial screenshot in my Google Search results and in the tab for the website. Are you still experiencing this issue with the favicon appearing incorrectly? I do see that some days have passed since you originally reached out in the forums, so I wanted to just confirm if you're still experiencing this.
