Hi to everyone on here, hope I can eventually contribute with answers, in the meantime I m struggling with getting product approval on Google and yes I have done the following -

 

Updated Google field more since unapproval

Asked for review

Smacked myself in the face for my stupidity lol! (well i thought about it)

 

I need to ask for another review, and I have seen a discussion or two on Shopify/Google bugs on products being thrown back because of missing GTINs, so any other tips will be greatly appreciated, thank you 🙂

Thank you for getting in touch and for confirming which steps you have taken thus far to try and resolve your issue. When your products were initially rejected, was any reason for the rejection provided within the Google channel? These reasons can sometimes be pretty self-explanatory (e.g. missing prices, no capitalization in product title field) but in other cases the reasoning is not so clear.

 

Can you also tell me how long it has been since you updated your missing fields?

 

One quick thing worth checking is making sure that your product is made available to the Online Stores channel, otherwise Google will return an error. 

 

If you can provide more information on the errors you've received and what steps you've taken since, I'll be happy to help you troubleshoot this issue further.
