how did you know that this or that CSS Code will work with our problems?

did you guys are Computer Programmer or what, where are how did you know what code to be used?

because i want to be with you guys someday with so many knowledge in coding,

It is great you want to learn a new skill and CSS is not that difficult but it just needs some practice.

You can learn basics in short time. There are a bunch of sites you can learn from:

or YouTube with a lot of tutorials like

Why it is easy to, because with browser dev tools you can on the fly try some rules and how it would look like before 

applying to the code.
