Newsletter Subscription Success Page goes to 404 Not Found, how can I change it?

Hello,

I have a newsletter section on the home page and when I subscribe it goes to a 404 not found page. 

I tried to update newsletter liquid and theme's default content but none of them worked. What is the solution for it? 

I'm using Woodmart version 1.4. Thanks in advance!
