No option to transfer domain to another provider

I'm trying to transfer my domain from Shopify to somewhere else. The help center says this:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Domains.

1. In the Shopify-managed domains section, click the name of the domain that you want to transfer.

2. Click Transfer domain > Transfer to another provider at the top of the page.

However, there is no link to transfer to another provider on that page. Only an option to transfer a domain to Shopify.

How do I transfer my domain, purchased on Shopify, to another provider?

Hi @nturnb,

Okay, thank you. When you head to Online Store > Domains, do you see an option to "Manage" the domain in question? If so, when you click on it, do you not see an option to transfer it away from Shopify or any transfer code for you to use?
