I’m using the Shopify app on my iPad. Yesterday, it looked like all of our products had disappeared (thank god they actually haven’t been deleted.) This is a screenshot of what it looks like when I go to access my products via the app:
The products still exist. When I access Shopify from my web browser, I can see all of them. AND orders are still coming in. Here’s another screenshot of an order showing which products were sold:
Things I’ve done to resolve the problem:
Restarted my iPad
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Cleared all sessions from the app in my iPad settings, which caused me to have to log back in
Tried opening the app while on a different wireless network
There’s also a small error saying “Check your internet connection and try again,” but my internet connection is fine and I’ve tried using different wireless networks just to be on the safe side.
Any ideas?
I have the same issue with the Shopify e-commerce business app on the iPad.
- Uninstall and re-installed the app
- Rebooted Ipad
- change the session to remove all data when app closes
- Updated IOS version to 15.7.1 Ipad
The funny thing thou I have 3 other Ipads and they can access the Shopify business app.
What is the cause of the issue, please log out of all and log back in they work but only the 1 I keep getting the "internet disconnected error"
Those are running version 15.6.1
Can we get some updates please?
We are experiencing the same issue and have done to same attempts to fix.
Have you had any reply from Shopify Help re this issue - seems like could be a widespread issue?
