Not possible to login my store and unable to get support

I created a store through zendrop, but didnt finish the registration. I thought I had no store or account created. But when talking to customer service from zendrop, she told me I did have a store. She send me the url. I used it, finished my registration, but now i am unable to login. It gives an error. This message which is in dutch:

Er is een probleem opgetreden bij het laden van deze pagina

Je account (my email) is niet gemachtigd machtiging om deze pagina te bekijken. Probeer een ander account of ga terug naar de pagina met de winkellijst.

it means:There was a problem loading this page Your account (my email) is not authorized to view this page. Try a different account or return to the store list page.

I reached out to support, but I only get to speak to a bot which keeps asking the same questions. And doesnt connect me to real person, whatever I try. How can I solve this?
