Not receiving customer password reset email.

Oddly, the password I setup for an account I created with them is not working so I tried to reset it, but I am not receiving the reset password email.


I’ve tried different browsers and incognito mode and nothing is in my spam folder. I still can’t get it to work. The owner insists it’s not their problem and mentioned Shopify, but honestly I don’t even know if their shop is one created on your platform, please help! Thanks in advance.
