Hello - my site: www.veloceclub.co.uk, has just stopped publishing 😞
I first noticed that the blog that I was adding, would when clicking on the view button display a 404 page and was also not live on the homepage - all other blog posts are there are still live. However if I unpublish these existing blogs, they are not being removed.
This morning, I added new images to products and I am having the same issue - no new imagery or content is being published and existing content is not being unpublished when selected.
I've cleared browser caches etc (I also have a browser that deletes all data when closed) and nothing is showing on any of the browsers.
I have gone through all the forums but can't find any answers, so any help would be welcome.
Thanks
Richard
Hello @VeloceClub
Could you please share URLs which are working and which are not?
Hello
So I have hidden this post from last week, but its still live: https://www.veloceclub.co.uk/blogs/news/bmw-motorrad-heritage-demo-day
This is the post I created last night and is published from the backend but not displaying: https://www.veloceclub.co.uk/blogs/news/advanced-riding-taster-rides
Screen shot to show that I have hidden the post that is still live and the new post is visible but not showing...

And this is an example of a page where I have added images to it but they are not publishing - https://www.veloceclub.co.uk/products/vc-01-andy-t-shirt-in-black
Screenshot shows the images have been added.
Any help would be great.
Thanks!
Hello @VeloceClub
Looks like the images are added in the media section but still not reflected on the front.
I need to take a look of your admin panel.
Could you please DM me your collaborator access code?
hey sorry to sound stupid but I can't find anywhere to send you a DM or private message 😞
here is my email ID: prakash.prabhakar@vtnetzwelt.com
Hello @VeloceClub
Please send the collaborator code instead of the account creation request.
From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Users and permissions. In the Collaborators section, copy the 4 digit code and send me.
