On the account page the create account and forgot password buttons are showing up?
my website is Lauvage.com
Hi, @yds41!
Are you referring to this page here on your store or the login page for your Shopify store?
If you are referring to the above page, can you tell me how this page was added? Did you create it with a page builder app or add it via coding? Can you also confirm which theme you're using and if this occurs on a preview of another theme?
Any additional information you can provide would be awesome!

Thanks for your response, @yds41!
From what I can see you've set up Classic customer accounts, as mentioned on this page. Can you download a fresh copy of your Dawn theme and try to replicate this and see if 'Forgot Password' is still missing?
This will rule out any theme or app issues conflicting with this page. For example, I can see the option appears for me on a fresh copy of the Dawn theme;
Did you or any developers make any changes to the code recently?
Looking forward to your response.

I can’t do a new dawn theme because I’ve edited a lot of codes for different things and I haven’t touched the account page coding though
Hey, @yds41!
You can duplicate your current theme by following the steps here on this page, that way you won't lose anything you've created so far. Then preview a fresh copy of the dawn theme to see if the issue appears there.
If the issue does not appear on the new dawn theme, it might be related to some conflicting coding. Code conflicts can occur when there are overlapping or conflicting code snippets, functions, or variables between different pages or sections of your website. These conflicts can lead to unexpected behaviors on your website, so it is always a good way to test if they same issue appears on a fresh copy of the current theme.
That being said, if you're uncomfortable with the above you can reach out to our live support here for help and guidance. Since this is a Shopify owned theme, live support can help you troubleshoot this in more detail – as we're not able to provide account support from here ourselves.
Let me know if you have any questions!
