We need help. Ever since the new One Page Checkout was implemented, our checkout page won't take any zip code. We even tried using the extended versions (five digits-four digits). We keep seeing the message:

Just to be clear, did you change any shipping settings since you noticed this issue? If you can send me a screenshot of the message you're seeing as well as your store URL, I can take a deeper look into it.

Once we're writing down the ZIP CODE .. Shopify will tell they don't ship on that address..
How come? that's our address and they've already ship in our address and more of my customers here in Las Vegas too.. Said they can't ship too.
Please help or else I'll immediately stop selling on shopify.

Thanks for the screenshots @aspiring_orchid . From what I can tell, the issue is related to the shipping settings and not the address itself. Taking a look at the backend of your account will be necessary in this case.
Our responses on Community forums can be delayed at times. I can see your website is not active as per the link you shared. If you still need help with this, please contact realtime support here so they may take a look at your settings. Simply engage with the Virtual Chat Assistant on the right hand side of the screen and ask to speak with an advisor until it brings you to the support page. Select "Chat" to speak with an advisor directly.
