Hi all, I have one product that shows in any search, but doesn't show up in my collections (suddenly, I might add). I had made no changes to the product page.
- Collections are all manual. On the back end, the product shows that it's in the collections. On the front end, it doesn't show in any collections.
- Product is Active, In Stock and is set up show on all sales channels.
I tried things like:
I've searched all forums and Google for an answer with no luck and would love some help!

Hi @angelinaswan this is not a usual case and you have pretty much tried the stuffs that were coming to mind as well.
So this will need looking up. It might be that this is just a temporary lag and will correct itself after some time. But it could also be an issue in code just may be.
If you are ok, I will need collaborator access to your store to look into this. Please reach out via mail for a convenient conversation if you feel right. Please also attach the store url, the product that is causing trouble and collab access code.
