One Variation Showing out of stock when there is inventory

We have 5 products on our shop that have two style variations and one of them is showing up just fine but the other one shows out of stock even though on the manager it says their stock is the same as it should be. We only have one location for our shop so that is not the issue.

I got it figured out now! I had to mess with the inventory of one or both of each one and save it so it would properly sync with the website.
