Hi there,
Our stores session have dropped by over 50% in the last 5 days. On the 21st we noticed issues with our FB pixel over tracking results, so we removed and re-installed the FB sales channel app into our theme.
Ever since this change we have noticed a massive decrease in overall store sessions.
Does anyone have any idea what may have caused this issue? - I'm fairly certain that the FB pixel is related to the issue so I think it's a technical SEO issue.
Any help on this would be amazing!

No I haven't been able to fix it. It is so frustrating. I have spoken to several technical SEO experts, however, they do not understand the exact issue.
It's good to know others have had the same issue (not just me).
