In order to further investigate the issue, I recommend creating a support request via the Shopify Help Center. This will ensure your account is securely authenticated so that a member of our team can gain access and provide you with further information.
Once you've logged in through the help center, select Account > Logging in from the topics provided. On the following page, scroll down to the Get Support section to view our available contact options.
