Opt Out - Plastic Scoops @ Checkout

Hi Shopify Community,

We run a Complete Meal powder company, and we are trying to be as environmentally conscious as possible.

Does anyone know if it's possible to allow customers to Opt Out of receiving a Scoop (plastic scoop) at checkout?

Ideally, this just comes through as a note on the order and isn't another plugin - but open to this also.
