Hi.
When we create packing slips for local pickup, we want to have a barcode on it so the warehouse can use the POS app on an ipad to scan the order and mark it as shipped.
Creating a barcode for the order name is easy in Shipstation, however, the POS camera scanning function doesn't recognise the barcode. If I use a POS Go device with the integrated barcode scanner it scans the barcode and the order appears. This is because the scanner is effectively being used as a keyboard wedge.
I guess the questions is, how does the barcode need to be formatted for the POS camera to scan an order? Also is the order number the right information or does it need to be something else?
