Hello, maybe someone can help us with this :
We are using Zapiet Pickup & Delivery to manage all of our orders. The pick-up/delivery information (date & time) used to be included in the order confirmation email sent by shopify, which we recently updated by ourselves even though we dont know how to code lol. we just added 2 lines of text but for some reason this "turned off" (?) the zapiet part of the code so now the pickup/delivery information is not included in the email...
We've contacted both zapiet and shopify but they are not able to help us with this, the only thing they sent is this https://intercom.help/zapiet-ltd/en/articles/6279765-liquid-variable-reference-guide
which confused us even more.
Can someone please advise us how to put the code back in? We are not able to revert it.
Thank you!

Hi Nitsa @nicapizza ,
Thanks for getting back to me!
I've reviewed the code for the order confirmation email but did not find any of our app's liquid variables. Just in case you wanted to know what they looked like, you can view them here: https://support.zapiet.com/en/articles/6279765-liquid-variable-reference-guide
I've gone ahead and added our app's liquid variables to the customer information section of the order confirmation email. All future order confirmation emails should have our app's details in the lower section similar to the screenshot below:
I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, I would be delighted to answer them!
Have a great day,
Klaudia
Hey @nicapizza !
Klaudia here from Zapiet! Customized email notifications are outside the scope of our support. However, I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can help!
Could you please share your store's website with me and check if Zapiet already has access to your store?
Cheers,
Klaudia
Hi Klaudia, thank you so so much for reaching out and offering to help!!
Zapiet does have access to our store (i think?) and our website is
cakesberlin.com
please let me know if you need anything else from me!

thank you so much Klaudia!
Hi Klaudia,
I am after the same thing please - 'Delivery date' or 'pick up date and time' on the order confirmation email. And just like Nicapizza I have no idea how to code!
Please can you do the same for us?
Thank you!
Hi Kensal team,
Klaudia here from Zapiet, happy to help!
I've added our variables into your order confirmation template and our pickup and delivery details should now appear on the order confirmation email. To test, I resent a real pickup and delivery order to my own email. This can be done in the order timeline of any order 🙂
Here are our details now appearing for pickup and delivery orders:
Pickup
Delivery
I hope this helps and if you have any other questions, I would be delighted to answer them!
Have a great day!
Hi Kensal,
I've removed the pickup address section. Here's how it looks now:
Let me know if you need help with anything else!
