All of my products are digital, not physical, so there is no shipping required. I tried customizing the order confirmation email to add some specific information for the customer, but the order confirmation email when it is sent is blank. There may be some sort of shipping/physical coding that is tripping it up. I tried contacting Shopify support but they sent me here.
