I had a friend place an order and they received a confirmation of the order, but as the store owner I have not received the order confirmation or shipping label. Please help

With what you are facing, I recommend you to contact Shopify directly, they will check for you. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact
Will be difficult for someone else to help you check it.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. In the confirmation email that your friend received, was there an order number? If you search for that number on the Orders page in your Shopify admin, does the order appear? If not, could you share a screenshot of the email and of the Orders page in your admin with me?
