OrderConfirmation/Status Emails Customization

Hello,

I'd like to be able to change the header area background color on the emails that are sent out from Shopify to customers after they make a purchase (e.g. order confirmation emails, delivery status, etc.). How is this done?

I've attached an image for context. I want my logo to seamlessly fit in the header region.
