Orders CSV has incorrect values for "Subtotal" Column

The "Orders" CSV downloaded from the order page has incorrect values in the 'subtotal' column.

For example, order XYZ on my order page shows

Subtotal: $242

Discount: $-41.14

Total: $200.86

However, under the 'subtotal' column on the CSV, this order shows $200.86, 'discount' shows $41.14 and 'total' also shows $200.86.

The 'total' column is the 'subtotal' column, plus shipping.

Let me mention my second gripe with this CSV, shipping discounts and orders discounts are combined in the 'discounts' column.

This is making my bookkeeping difficult, your help is appreciated!  Customer service has been useless.
