In my orders tab, it continually says there is 1 order, but all my orders have been processed.
How do I clear back to zero?

This means there is an Open Order. An Open Order doesn't mean it hasn't been fulfilled, only that it hasn't been archived.
To archive the order filter your orders by 'Open' then select the order that populates and mark it as archived.
