A speed score of 16 means your store is slower than similar stores on Shopify.
I've just seen this come up on our shopify dashboard. If anyone has any advice or services to help us with our speed score then we would love to hear from you.
https://www.jumponthevape.com is the website.
Thanks

Hi - Given your homepage has quite a lot of images on it and it loads quite a few 3rd party apps that you've installed, I don't think your page speed is that bad considering.
The big culprits that slow your site down are images & apps.
Two different tools to help you analyze your page speed in more detail are https://gtmetrix.com/ and https://tools.pingdom.com/ (I checked your site on both, hence why I opened with I don't think it's too bad considering)
Once you've dealt with the above there are then various more technical things you can do re only loading apps when they are needed, minifying JS, CSS etc.
One company that specialises in Shopify optimisation is these guys https://speedboostr.com/ (no connection to me). Hope that helps.

Thank you for you feedback, this is some really good solid advice.
I'd like to reach out to you if possible, how best can I get in contact with yourself?
Hi @Jumponthevape glad you found it useful info and sure you can contact me directly either via DM on this forum or send me a message via my website.
I completely agree with people who recently answers, you might want to consider changing themes:
You might want to check Plak Theme: https://bit.ly/plaktheme - feel free to try it, there is a 14-days guarantee too.
The theme hits "A" Score, 100% score in Page Speed and 100% SEO in lighthouse, this is definitely WORTH it.
You won't need to be paying much for speed-experts or for features that you need.
