Our website (reformedcharacters.com – does not display), only when you type in the WWW part...

Hi there,

• When you visit reformedcharacters.com – our website does not load and a Shopify Store Unavailable page shows
• When you type fully www.reformedcharacters.com it shows fine

Any idea what is causing this? We had a weird redirect on our domains, which was causing us to not be indexed by Google – since we have removed that, this has started. See screenshots – and thanks for your help,
