Page "jumps" to bottom when loaded

Hi

My website coffeeregister.co.uk opens normally, and then within a second or two jumps straight to the bottom of the page. Every page does that on my website, but only in Chrome. Internet Explorer seems fine. It only started doing so today. I am using Dawn theme.
