Passing woocommerce orders to shopify in real tme

Hi! We have a woocommerce website and also started shopify store with the same products.
I was wondering if is there a way to real time sync the orders from woocommerce and pass them to shopify to solely use shopify payments
For instance, 
* customer places an order on woocommerce
*Order and shipping details are used to autogenerate the same order on shopify.
* Customer receives an e-mail from shopify with payment link.

Is it possible? Any clues on how to do that? Any app already offering this?
