Password banner image

I am currently using the dawn theme and when I visit my site on MacBook/IPhone it takes me to the password screen but my banner image is not the banner image I have selected in my Shopify app. However on my iPad it doesn’t even ask for a password at all and it has the correct image.

I understand that you are having some discrepancies when viewing your site on different devices. While this can occur for several reasons, it's best to try accessing them through an incognito tab to rule out any third party factors that may be causing the page to not load correctly.
