Pausing Payments- For An Account Under Mine

Hello, I wants to see how I can pause payments on an account under my Shopify account for about a year or so. My partner under the account is out of the country for 2 years for a new job opportunity, but do not want to delete the account as he will have to start all over and does not want to do that. Is there a way we can do that?

Hi @Jewelzbybella !

You can temporarily deactivate your account and reactivate it within 2 years from the date it was deactivated with all the data intact. To know more about it kindly check this help document before deciding to deactivate your store: Shopify Help Center | Deactivating your store.
