hello i have a problem with my shopify store because i made my first test purchase and i was able to pay but now on my store neither my customers nor i can pay for the product because it shows an error i have attached the picture below. I have reset my payment methods. and the following message is displayed: "there was an issue processing your payment. try again or use a different payment method."

It seems that your message and image are not sending correctly. I will need to gather a bit more information before I can dig deeper into this for you. What payment gateway are you using? Could your gateway be in test mode still? What payment type are you using?
