I enabled Paypal Express, but the icon never shows up with the rest of the payment icons in the footer. Any way to fix this issue?

If you're using the Dawn theme, then the guide, Edit the code for your payment icons, will not work for your theme as it's for vintage themes. However, if you're unable to get the correct payment icons to appear in the footer, then this is something that our Theme Support team can help you with. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to assist you with a customization request through live chats. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.

Just to gather some additional context, could you clarify with us if you have successfully set up your PayPal account? You may need to login to the PayPal account that is connected to complete additional steps to have the gateway available. In some cases, the payment icon may not display in the footer of the online store until the PayPal account has completed the set up process.

All the info has been verified, only thing that is left is for them to verify my bank account.
When I test checking out an item, the Paypal option is avaiable. Just not the Footer icon.

Looking into this, I can see that the payment icons are successfully enabled for the footer section. If you have successfully enabled the PayPal gateway and the PayPal icon is still not displaying in the footer, you may need to follow our step-by-step guide to edit the code for the payment icons to include the PayPal.

I tried using that method, the section doesn't show up. I'm using the latest Dawn them, maybe it was changed?
