I'd be happy to help guide you further, but I will need a little more context to do so.

  1. How long have your products been in a pending state? 
    It is perfectly normal for products to remain in a pending state for up to 10 business days while Google reviews your products. Please let us know if it has been longer since you edited your products and they went into review.
  2. Is this your first time connecting to Google Shopping?
  3. Is there any other information you think would be helpful for us to know?

That should help us gain more insight and assist with next steps.

Hi olivia
Thank you for your response. This had been going on since i open a store
with shopify back June 2021. Ive dove everything i can do possible to fix
this. it is the only obstacle on my store holding me back.

Contact Shopify support directly. You may have technical issues with the free app you are using.

Most common reason I can think of is missing policy pages, but that would not partially cause products to be listed. So there must be a different issue.

You may find it easier to use a paid app, the free app while great for beginners, is not an app with any special functions to improve your feed.
