Permalink Line Item Properties

Each item in my cart has its own line item properties, how can I generate a permalink for each item that also includes the line item properties? I have tried searching for a solution online but none of the suggestions worked for me, maybe I am doing something wrong.

From the cart permalink doc, it's not possible to do so. You can only add line item properties with the cart ajax API.
