Permalink used to work and now it shows empty shopping cart.. please help

Hi there,

For the past 4 months or so I have been using a cart permalink to take potential customers from a lead capture form directly to the cart and it was fine, up until about two days ago. Now it just shows an empty cart.

I have had multiple people tell me, plus I am also seeing the same thing when I access the store from, both, my phone and my laptop. So it is not related to browser cache' at all.

My product was set up in the following way without issue -

Page > Lead Capture Form (JotForm) > Cart Permalink > Shopping Cart (With product already added)
This has been working completely fine up until only two days ago.

ps. I asked the AI for help and the permalink which is suggested does not work for me, only the permalink format which I have been using. But now that only goes to an empty cart for some reason.
Trying to rule out potential solutions that you may ask which I have already tried.
