I have created the text boxes for the personalized items i sell, they show up in checkout page and cart, but I would like it to also be generated on the purchase orders sent to the suppliers/droppshipper (aliexpress,spocket,cj) so that I do not have to manually contact the supplier for each order, I am very new to shopify so any help would be appreciated, thanks.
For dropshipping when using a third-party app/service that sends emails on your behalf then you need to contact that third party about properly using line-item-properties or cart-attributes in shopify orders.
Some may have the option to download the PO's as plain-text or CSV, in which case you'd need to work out a process to merge in the LIP's/cart-attributes; typically in excel or google sheets for sanity.

Fulfillments disconnected from checkout, do the personalization texts show in the order itself in the orders admin. Are the personalization texts done using line-item-properties(LIPs)
If by PO's do you mean any of the notifications being sent by shopify, most those should already show line-item-properties(LIPs):
I understand you are offering personalized products via dropshipping. The way in which you will submit the personalized information to your supplier will depend on your current fulfillment method as well as the app.
For example, if you're using the DSers app, you can follow their guide here on how to communicate personalizations to the supplier.
if you can provide the app you are using, I can take a look at their documentation to see what the best method is.
