Photo Cropping Option Changes

I am confused and frustrated by the recent updates taking away the 3:4 ratio option for cropping photos.  My entire site uses this ratio and I'm now being forced to download photos and crop them elsewhere to reload them on Shopify.  Is there a chance you'll be adding this (and other ratio options) back?  It really complicates the process of adding inventory to my site.  I'm not understanding how this change is an "improvement"?
