Photos on mobile shows 1/2 when only one photo

I only have 1 x photo per product on my store. However when viewing the individual product page on mobile, underneath the photo is says "1/2" implying for users to scroll to a second photo, however there is no second photo.

See example below:

Does anyone have a solution as how to:

- remove this part all together, or

- remove the "2" so it only says 1/1?
