Pipeline 6.2.1 - Newsletter customization

I've navigated to my Customizations of the Pipeline 6.2.1 theme, in the Footer section I've added a block called Newsletter, but I cannot change the destination of the newsletter joining.

Meaning, where can I change what happens when someone Join's this Newsletter block on the website? Change who is collecting the data submitted.

It is currently an app called Postscript, but this was added a while ago not by me, and I would like to change that to Klaviyo to collect my "newsletter signups". Does anyone know how to do this?

Pipeline 6.2.1 is here with some great new features for customizing your newsletter. With this new release, you can now add images and videos to your newsletter, and customize the layout to better match your brand. Yes, but HOW do I do any of that is really my question. I don't care what features it offers, I am trying to figure out HOW to change where my newsletter sends signup information to.

As if I was a total beginner, I can't figure out how to set up the newsletter customer data collection side of things.
