Please help to setup domain based email

I want to receive customer emails at this address support@urbandecoria.com. I purchased this domain from Godaddy. There are no email settings in the domain section at Shopify due to not purchasing the domain from Shopify. Please advise how to set up this email in Shopify.

And another problem is when someone places an order he receives the order confirmation email in the Gmail promotion tab in spite of INBOX.

I am worried about how customers will email at my domain-based email and how they will get an order confirmation email in their INBOX.

Please help.
