How can I make my website's image and text overlay mobile-friendly?

So on my site, everything looks perfect on my desktop pc however it is not converting to mobile very well, if you take a look at it - thesteelgallery.co.uk

At the bottom of the page there is an image with text overlay however on mobile this is being zoomed and you cannot see the whole image with text it is almost zoomed in to a specific point, is there any way I can format this so it looks the same on pc and mobile.

Also is there any way i can make my slideshow do an infinite loop, I've tried everything I could think of but it just won't loop infinitely.

if anyone can help with any of this it would be massively appreciated.
