Poorly formatted URL for SEO for the "all" collection

I created the "all" collection due to SEO requirements (meta and other), but I'm not sure how to solve the problem with the poorly formatted URL for SEO, because if I change the URL itself in the SEO section, I will lose the functionality of the "all" collection.

What is the solution to this problem?

Unfortunately, you can't get access because I don't have a site. It's a client site, and we can't get access there.
