Post Purchase Extension not working after Deployment

After following the guidelines provided by Shopify Docs to build a post-purchase extension, it works well in the development phase and the only way to test it is by using the Chrome Developer's extension provided by Shopify.

Now, I am trying to deploy the extension and test it but this part is really obscure and I don't understand how I am suppose to test a deployed extension in a development store. I followed the steps provided in this link: https://shopify.dev/apps/checkout/post-purchase/version-publish-post-purchase-extension. I've registered the extension and pushed it but the post-purchase page doesn't render after checking out in the storefront. I also tried to request access for the post-purchase extension but then the Shopify Team replied that I don't need any access for a development store. 

So, the question is, how can I deploy and test a post purchase extension on a development store?

You need to select your app in settings 「購入後のページ」 section.
